Development of the new range of drop tow hitches is now completed and we now offer drop tow hitches to suit a broader range of 4WDs.

We are excited that you will realise how easy it is to tour when you don't have to unhitch every night and hitch back up in the morning, whatever vehicle you own.

New Developments

Specialty Towing has now developed a range of 3 lengths for drop tow hitches to

enhance the range.

The purpose of this new drop hitch is to suit a wider range of applications.

The original Mark 4 Drop Tow Hitch is 325mm from locking pin to ball

centre. We have named this a "Type 1".

The "Type 2" Drop Tow Hitch is 275mm from locking pin to ball centre.

The "Type 3" Drop Tow Hitch is 225mm from locking pin to ball centre.

Select the length that is the closest match to your existing tow hitch.

We have chosen these dimensions (325mm / 275mm / 225mm) with a + or - tolerance of approximately 25mm.
